*Flow yoga - all levels - beginners welcome!
*Wednesdays and Fridays @ 10am, June through August
*Suggested donation is $10/class
In these classes, we will work on flexibility, balance, and strength in the body, and we will channel a state of relaxation in the mind. Through a regular practice, you will develop body awareness and learn to guide yourself into a state of calm. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome. We would love to have you!
