Sign up by calling the Fitness Center at 802-253-5722. Class size limit is 14 for yoga, class size is unlimited for Water class and Nature Immersion.
Yoga classes will be held on the Stage in the Concert Meadow (weather permitting). If raining, classes will be in the FC yoga room.
Water Strengthening Class and Nature Immersion will meet at the Fitness Center.

Lunch Break
1pm Water Strengthening class with Katy Ann
2:30pm Nature Immersion with Katy Ann
5pm Yoga class with Sadie
