Join Monica in the Community Room for a 3 week workshop, Befriending Yourself with Mindfulness Meditation. This workshop blends basic mindfulness practices with mediation skill building. We'll explore ways to focus your mind so it gets used to distractions/critical commentary and makes room for a kinder, gentler way to move through life's challenges and realities.
