Hello fellow Richmondites,

Please join me on June 25th from 2-4 in my yard at 46 Old Brooklyn Ct for a Summer Solstice community celebration! We will design mandalas using natural materials, co-create a community altar, and relax and rejuvenate with an hour of group Tong Ren energy therapy. Registration is $15/person and children are also welcome to join (no fee for under age 14, but must accompany a caregiver). Light snacks and drinks will be provided.

In addition, if you work in the Burlington area and would like a little post-work energetic pick-me-up, join me on Wednesday June 14th from 5:30-7pm at the Winter Sun Collective for "In Full Bloom." We'll clear out the energetic "weeds" so your mind, body, and soul can blossom. Registration is $15 and unfortunately we cannot accommodate children for this one.
