Thank you to all who donated bottles to the Monkton Recycle Center for my Eagle Project. I collected 4300 bottles, and it was a big jump start to my project. I appreciate the support the community has given me. Just so you know, my name is Joey Payea, I am a Boy Scout with Troop 525 in Monkton and I am working on my Eagle Project, I am updating the MT Abe Football Varsity locker rooms, installing cubbies, painting and doing some repairs and updating benches as my project, a much needed task. I am doing another fundraiser this Sunday the 10th of August. I will be doing a car wash at Martins Hardware in Bristol VT on Sunday August 10th from 10:00am - 2:00pm. If you would like your car washed, come on over. $5.00 per car, the money raised will help us to complete the project that is now underway, and coming out great.
