The Berlin Development Review Board will meet Tuesday August 5th at 7pm to go over Maplewood Ltd.'s plans for expansion into the Four Corners. Their proposal includes a much larger convenience store/ Information Center with outdoor seating and more parking, sixteen regular gas pumps, increased parking for The Comfort Inn and on the grassy area across from the Shaw's entrance, fueling stations and parking for diesel trucks. If you live in, near, or pass through this area every day you may want to attend this meeting to assess what impact this development will have on you and your community.
