I began working on The Death Doula's Guide to Living Fully and Dying Prepared back in the fall of 2021 and I've poured endless love and energy into its creation since. July 1st is the BIG DAY when it will be officially published and launched. Come and be a part of this epic MOMENT!

About the book: The Death Doula's Guide to Living Fully and Dying Prepared was inspired by my own "Death Journal" that I've been creating for years for my loved ones, which includes heartfelt messages to be read at the end of my life--whenever that occurs.

This new publication is an interactive workbook that encourages all readers to reflect back, turn inward, and plan ahead. Covering concepts such as death anxiety, mortality awareness, and connection, Living Fully and Dying Prepared is geared toward anyone wanting a more intentional approach to living and dying as well as those looking to begin or update their end-of-life plans, those with serious/terminal conditions, people ready to create remembrance gifts for loved ones, and deathcare providers seeking more tools for direct care.

Basically, anyone admittedly mortal will find benefit :-)
