Come join Clinical Herbalist Rebecca Dalgin (of Wild Heart Wellness) and Wilderness Guide Mary Murphy for a day of herbal adventures in the Green Mountains! We'll go for a hike in the Worcester Range and learn about edible and medicinal plants growing in the mountain forests. Come learn about ethical harvesting techniques, identify wild medicinals, sample medicines made from wild plants, and spend time learning to sense the spirit of a plant or grove.
This hike is open to all genders. Dress for the weather and bring a daypack stocked with 2 liters of water, a bag lunch and trail snacks, raingear, and a warm layer. Wear comfortable hiking shoes. The fee for this educational dayhike is $30. Please register at www.mountainsongexpeditions.com
