Development Review Board - August 5, 2014 Meeting Agenda - 7:30pm - Town Office (lower level conference room)
1) Review minues of July 15 meeting
2) Green Street LLC - Subdivision Revision Final Review (cont'd from 5/20) - property located on Green Street (off of Charlotte Rd in the village). 17 previously approved single family residence and condo containing 5 units would be replaced by one lot containing 7 structures containing 23 dwelling units (apartments). Four previously approved single family units would remain on their own lots.
3) Aubuchon Realty Company - Site Plan Revision - located at corner of Route 116 and Commerce St. Site plan revision to install a propane gas filling facility in the outdoor garden center area of Aubuchon Hardware.
4) Maureen & David Blank (Village Center Plaza) - Conditional Use (new nail salon) & Sign Review - located at 90 Mechanicsville Road. Proposal for a new nail salon business in unit #6 of the existing building with associated signs. Also seeking more general conditional use approval for future retail, office, and service establishments so as not to have to get separate approvals for each new business.
5) Christina & Garin Frost - Conditional Use (Frost Beer Works) & Sign Review - located at 171 Commerce Street. Proposal to utilize a portion of the existing Minuteman Press building for a new nano brewery called Frost Beer Works with associated signs.
6) Other Business: Deliberations on decisions for:
- Carse subdivision preliminary plat - 4-lot subdivision on Charlotte and Baldwin Roads
- Haystack Crossing, Black Rock Construction sketch plan - subdivision on Route 116 and Shelburne Falls Road
