All-Levels Vinyasa Flow at Singing Wood Farm in Morristown
Join Christie for a beginner-friendly all-levels Vinyasa class at the beautiful Singingwood Farm! We'll practice in a serene field with gorgeous mountain views, channeling the beauty that surrounds us in summer's vibrancy as we cultivate presence while rejuvenating our bodies and spirits. The class will flow through a series of poses, with functional alignment cues that can lighten or intensify poses and transitions so you can honor your body's wisdom with awareness and skill. 

Classes will be held at 9:30am every Friday this summer beginning June 9th, rain date start June 16th (no class for June 30th). First class on June 9th is free! Beginning June 16th, the cost is $15 per class. Max 15 people per class, so sign up to confirm a spot. In July there will be a covered roof no rain outs.

Please arrive to class 10 minutes early with a yoga mat and water. We'll meet at the farm store ( black cabins). There will be signs for parking. Email singingwoodfarmvt@gmail.com with any questions or for directions.

Christie's yoga background:
Yoga Alliance certified 200 hr teacher training at Dhyana Studio (now Dhyana Essentials) in Sebastopol CA with Tirza Dawn. I completed my online Yin Yoga training with Bernie Clark through Yoga International, which has played an amazing supplemental role in helping me better understand the functionality of yoga poses for individuals over just aesthetics. 

I've been practicing yoga for about 10 years now and my appreciation for the practice and philosophy of yoga has only grown in my studies and practice as the years have progressed.
