5:08 Reviewing and approving a proposal for an upcoming town-wide property appraisal. Action likely.

5:15 Meeting with representatives from Vermont Emergency Management to consider the following: approving a buyout of 28 Rich Road for $214,998, of which 75% will be paid for by FEMA funds and of which 25% will be paid for by a matching grant; authorizing a Town signatory at the June 29, 2023, closing; and clarification of future reimbursements for asbestos consultation, possible asbestos remediation, and deconstruction.
