Join Kim Muncil for a Gong Sound Immersion at Camp Ingalls!

Let the sound of the gong wash over you as you settle into
deep relaxation on your mat. There will be some gentle breath
work and movement to prepare the body for stillness. Bring
your own yoga mat and blanket. No experience necessary.
