Join us in Tai Chi for health and relaxation. New students are always welcome. Tai Chi is, literally, the connecting of individual energy to the universe energy through a series of movements. Moving simply and letting go of our own blocks allows Chi, or energy, to flow.
QiGong is a method of movement from which Tai Chi and a plethora of other movements have evolved.
