Have you ever entered the "flow state" while doing an activity…maybe while being in nature, listening to music or just walking? This is the idea behind combining Yin Yoga and Meditation. Join Bob Muncil for a four-week series of Yin and Meditation…no prior experience necessary (either in yoga or meditation). Yin yoga is unlike almost all other kinds of yoga and is an essential balance to many of our "yang" lifestyle choices.

Bob is both a certified Yin Yoga instructor as well as a certified meditation instructor. This series will be user-friendly and easy to do for ALL body types and fitness levels.

Come to one or all classes. Bring your own yoga mat.
