3. Aaron Campbell – 14-21-02.000: Conditional Use Expansion of a Non-Complying Structure to add a deck to a residence on a 0.37-acre property, located at 15 Shadow Lane in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District.
4. NRG Systems Inc. – 16-20-56.710: Conditional Use review/revision for the erection of a 60-meter (197-foot) wind test tower with no time restriction on a 9.81-acre property located on the south side of Riggs Road in the Village Northeast Zoning District.
5. Joseph Laster – 17-22-62.100: Final plat review for an 8-unit 9-lot subdivision located on the east side of Mechanicsville Road, north of Hawk Lane in the Residential 1 Zoning District. Continued from the May 16th DRB Meeting.
6. Jessica Guillemette & William Jurgen – 04-01-18.100: Conditional use review for integrated agriculture that includes event hosting in a barn, located at 8472 VT Route 116 in the Agricultural Zoning District. Continued from May 16th DRB meeting.
