We will meet at the Dept of Labor Park and Ride in Montpelier and bike from the bike Path along River Road to Middlesex/Moretown. (Six Miles) This ride will be on a dirt road with a couple of small hills. This is an intermediate-level ride, and those riding e-bikes are welcome.

Upon reaching Route 100b we will asses the rider's ability and comfort to either return to Montpelier via Route 2 or to extend the rider another 3 - 6 miles on Route 100 B to Moretown's General Store or the"Big Rocks," swimming hole.

The outing will be led by Anita Hoy of Fluidly Moving Body Works along with Robb Kidd, Sierra Club Conservation Program Manager. Fluidly Moving Body Works is a unique health and fitness center specializing in helping people achieve their goals using a combination of personal training and wellness coaching. Their approach is tailored to each individual and they work with clients of all ages and abilities.

The Sierra Club is campaigning to address transportation's role in contributing to climate. Our vision is to have a transportation system that is accessible, affordable, and equitable. Making Vermont's roads safe for bikes and pedestrians Vermont can reduce single occupancy vehicle miles traveled and therefore reduce carbon emissions.

**All Sierra Club participants must sign a waiver. Upon registering here you will be able to review the waiver before signing.** Register here and sign the waiver electronically.
