There are so many wonderful musicians in our town that I wanted to pass this along - maybe you have an old smaller violin that needs a new home in the arms of another child. Please read on.
Where and When
Instruments will be accepted during the Lake Champlain Chamber Music Festival events at the Elley-Long Music Center, 223 Ethan Allan Avenue, Colchester on Friday, 8/23, Saturday, 8/24, and Sunday, 8/25.
Instruments Needed
Violins and Violas, especially in 1/2 and 3/4 sizes. Instruments should be in playable or near-playable condition, to minimize the cost of repair. They should be in a case, and if possible, include a bow. Donations are tax deductible.
