Would you like to look deeper into the source of life? Do you want to find your own answers to everyday questions? Chanting HU is a simple technique to open the door to answers waiting within you. You are invited to learn more about the HU at this online HU Chant where you can try it out for yourself.
You will be welcome to chant out loud or simply listen, whatever is right for you. The chants last about 20 minutes, followed by brief contemplative time and conversation with others of like heart.
