Join us for our zine making workshop and learn how to create a mini zine & story about some of the common plants growing around the streets of Winooski! Led by illustrator and author Maggie Herskovits, participants will learn about the plant lifecycle from "seed to seed" and how to tell their own unique stories of growth.

About Maggie:
Maggie Herskovits enjoys connecting with people and place. She has worked as an urban gardener in NYC public parks and private spaces, garden educator and horticulture therapist. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY she now lives in Winooski, VT where she continues her work as a garden consultant while illustrating and writing about the plants in her path.
