The Memorial Day observance will take place on the Danville Green near the monuments and bandstand. Col. Pam Smith will be the speaker. Honors will be rendered by a firing squad and taps played.

At the conclusion of the observance the American Legion will re-assemble at the Danville Cemetery for a short program and render honors.

All are welcome. The rain venue is in the Danville United Methodist Church
