Hi all. The mindfulness/meditation group is starting again!
One hour, each Monday morning of the summer, we will meet outdoors (weather permitting) for an hour of guided mindfulness and a bit of reflection. We started this late last summer and enjoyed it so much that we are starting much earlier this year.
No experience with meditation or mindfulness needed. ALL ARE WELCOME.
I am a therapist (LCMHC) and mindfulness teacher (working both in Burlington and in South Hero). Please contact me if you want specifics!
