As part of the International Baccalaureate curriculum that the Addison Central Supervisory District uses, 5th grade students are required to do an exhibition project related to one of the United Nations missions for world improvement. Our son chose violence prevention as that many people around the world, especially women, are victims of violence.

Part of his project is that he had to plan and implement an actual tangible action plan. As such he (and his dad) are hosting a free basic self-defense class, that Zyler is calling "Hurtness Prevention 101",
