Northern Counties Health Care invites you to join us on Sunday, June 4th from 12:30-2:00 p.m. for a Health Equity Listen & Share event. Join community members and area health-care professionals in sharing about equity in local health care. We will talk about community access to care, our hopes and successes, and most importantly, we are here to listen. The Health Equity Listen & Share event is sponsored by the Hardwick Equity Committee and Northern Counties Health Care.
