Peak Flow co-founder Dr. Rob Williams will offer a 4 hour Wim Hof Method Level 1 Fundamentals adventure at SAVU Sauna pop up space by the HULA/Burlington Surf Club on Sunday 6/4 from 2:00 - 6:00 pm. Join us for an afternoon of meditation, movement, breath training, and fun - culminating in a cold water/hot sauna immersion adventure at SAVU sauna.
