Come on over to the community garden in Freedom Park for anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours of hang out, light work, and neighborhood connected playtime! Slowly we are clearing out the beds to make then available for folks, and this year we are planting corn, beans, squash, lettuce, peas, tomatoes and sunflowers to augment the peppermint, blueberries, and lemon balm that is already there. If you come occasionally to help out with weeding and garden management, you can harvest food to bring home!

All ages welcome, kids under 12 please come with an adult. We have some tools and can teach what you need to know- no gardening experience necessary!
