White Women Accountability Circles for Collective Liberation support staying engaged in transformative justice and processing emotionally charged racialized situations without putting labor on People of Color.

A personal accountability circle for white-identifying women (cis/trans), femmes, and non-binary/trans people who were socialized as women.

Space will be held to integrate deeper layers of equity commitments by processing our personal work. A communal care experience to unpack the intersection of race with gender, class, ability, and other identities that are subject to marginalization with intentional focus to recognize racial capitalism and white domination as the source of a multiplicity of injustices.

These gatherings also intend to hold space for relationship building among white Diversity/Equity/Inclusion/Belonging (DEIB) facilitators, equity consultants, trauma practitioners, advocates, educators, and women/femmes practicing anti-racism to support web weaving for transformative justice movement building.

This series is empowered and supported by The Circle Way, a global equity and justice facilitation practice that is used throughout EmpowR Transformation offerings.
