The town of St. Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec will host an historic reconstruction of daily life during the 18th century battles between the French and the English, May 27th and 28th from 10 AM to 5 PM Saturday and 10 AM to 3 PM Sunday. It will be next to the Collège Militaire near the Musée du Fort Saint-Jean, on the southern edge of Vieux Saint Jean along the Richelieu river.
There will be 80 tents in the encampment. Re-enactments of skirmishes between the French and British soldiers will take place Saturday at 1:30 PM and Sunday ar 1:00 PM, in the adjacent Parc Gerry-Boulet.
It is free and open to all.
