Hello Community!

The Iyengar Yoga Center of Vermont is offering a class fun for the whole family! All ages are welcomed! Caregivers are expected to accompany youth under 6, all caregivers are encouraged to participate!

We will start with an Asana (postures) practice and end with an art or food project that relates to Yoga.
