New FOMAH Art Show at St. Paul's Cathedral Aug. 1

On Friday, August 1, 5:00-7:00, FOMAH (From Our Minds and Hearts) welcomes you to our Second Opening this summer at the Cathedral of St. Paul, 2 Cherry Street, Burlington. FOMAH originated in Barbara Jordan's senior fitness class at the Miller Center, on Gosse Court. Some of the "fit" seniors recognized a common interest in the arts. FOMAH’s first art show opened successfully at St. Paul's Cathedral in June and closed last Sunday. The second show, opening on Friday, will remain on view until the end of August. The Cathedral is open to the public 9:00 am to 4:30 pm every day from Tuesday through Friday. It is closed on Saturdays and Mondays. Parking is available and the Cathedral is accessible from the front entrance off Cherry Street. A variety of media are represented, including painting, photography, book reviews, poetry, and jewelry. Some items are for sale. Commissions benefit St. Paul’s.
