Krusch Preserve Bird Walk Sunday May 28th at 7:00am
Springtime is an ideal time to see and hear birds, with song all around as migratory species return and join the year-round residents, and is a great time to learn to identify birds by sight and sound. Over 70 species of birds occur in the varied habitats of the Krusch Nature Preserve.
Walks are led by experienced birders; you are welcome whether you are a beginning birder or an expert willing to share your knowledge. The nature trail is somewhat steep – wear sturdy shoes and bring binoculars if you have them.
Meet at the Preserve parking lot at 316 North Cambridge Road
at 7 am, and dress for the weather.
