Stop by the "On the Way Art" Show & Sale at Moretown Town Hall, from 12-4 p.m. on Sunday August 3rd. It's a pop-up art show & market featuring a diverse collection of work by Patricia Lyon-Surrey, Jackie Smith (aka "The Carrot Lady"), Michelle Saffran, and Holly E. King. Art is offered at multiple price points (starting at $4). Try some carrot-top pesto, and relax in the art play area while Bruce Saffran and Erik Nielsen play acoustic guitar background music. The a cappella group Peace and Pardon -- comprised of Merry Kay Shernock, Page Guertin and Cybil Aitken -- will also perform 19th & 20th century American parlor songs in costume.
