The "On the Way Art" Show & Sale at Moretown Town Hall on Sunday, August 3rd from 12-4 p.m. will feature photography-based art by Jackie Smith (aka "the Carrot Lady") of Brookfield, and friends Patricia Lyon-Surrey, Michelle Saffran and Holly E. King. Enjoy a diverse collection of art offered at multiple price points (as low a $4), try out my carrot-top pesto, and relax while Bruce Saffran and I play background music on our guitars. The a cappella group Peace and Pardon -- comprised of Merry Kay Shernock, Page Guertin and Cybil Aitken -- will also perform 19th & 20th century American parlor songs in costume.
