The GOTR 5K is coming up soon and we are in need of many, many more volunteers! Girls on the Run Vermont could use your help in one of two ways:

1) Register to volunteer at https://www.gotrvt.org/5k-essex!
2) Help identify people or groups that may want to volunteer and send them the registration link (https://www.gotrvt.org/5k-essex)!

Do you have kids that play sports or are in clubs etc that may want to get some volunteer hours? Do you belong to a group or team that you could rally to volunteer? We promise that it will be a few hours well spent and will fill your gratitude bucket for the day! We need folks on the course, at registration, at the water stop, at the finish line, in the village doing the girl activities (happy hair, face painting, etc). There's a job for everyone!

Please consider spending a few hours at the Champlain Valley Expo on Saturday, June 3rd (and/or on Friday for set up!). Thank you to those that have already committed yourselves - we appreciate it and the 1,200 girls, 400 coaches, 900 running buddies and countless spectators will benefit from your generosity of spirit!
