Hello Neighbors!

If you attended a Level 1 Women/Girl's Empowerment Self-Defense workshop in the past and would like a refresher and a chance to learn exciting new skills and techniques please register for the Safety Team's Level 2 Women's Empowerment Self-Defense workshop!

This empowering class is being held this Sunday, May 21st from 10-12:30 at Aikido of Champlain Valley, 257 Pine St. Burlington.

For those who have never taken a Level 1 class there, we have a class scheduled for Thursday, June 1st at 19th from 6PM-8:30PM at The Community Room, 19 Gregory Dr, S. Burlington ( In the building adjacent to the Police Department). This is a great workshop for teens heading to away camps and new grads who will be embarking on many new experiences in the upcoming months.
