Have you ever been to a "sound bath"?

It's an interesting experience. It ;asts an hour and is a structured environment of sound, allowing you to relax, reflect, and meditate. Many instruments are used in this process: Crystal Bowls, Native American Frame Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Native American shakers and rattles, Djembe, Chimes, Tuning Forks, Flutes and Ocean Drum are featured in the bath. There's a strong Sound Healing component, with healing frequencies targeting specific areas of the body.

You will emerge refreshed, invigorated and expanded. If you've never "meditated" before, you'll find this environment allows you to embrace this practice effortlessly.
