Through the coordination of breath and movement a qigong practice can lower blood pressure, reduce stress and pain. Come learn some basics to get your practice started and see if qigong is right for you. We will meet for 4 weeks on Saturdays at 10:00 at the South Newfane Schoolhouse. This first four classes are free, but donations are appreciated for the schoolhouse. After this initial offering I will be offering classes for $10/session.
I am a certified qigong instructor and am excited to share this practice with others.
Wear comfortable clothing and if wearing shoes make sure that they are flat shoes with space for you toes to spread; a yoga mat is helpful.
