Quilt Installation & Talk with Paula Audsley and Sandy Palmer

The Danforth Library invites the public to come welcome the generous donation of a handmade quilt created by Barnard resident Paula Audsley. This quilt will be installed to cover the large media center screen in Danforth's downstairs Holway Community Room.
In addition to the unveiling of the new quilt, a quilt expert and appraiser, Sandy Palmer, will give a short lecture about quilting and then describe what characteristics create value in a quilt. Please come and, if you have a treasured quilt, bring it to show. (Sandy appraises quilts only by special appointment.)
Refreshments to follow. No charge for admission.
