The Roxbury Selectboard has called a public Informational Meeting, to be held at 6:30PM on Thursday, May 25, 2023, in the Community Hall. This is to answer any questions voters of Roxbury may have on Article 20, otherwise known as 'the Junk Ordinance'.

Article 20:
Shall the Town of Roxbury Ordinance Regulating the Disposal of Solid Waste and the Outdoor Storage of Junk and Junk Vehicles, as adopted by the Selectboard on December 19, 2022, be disapproved?

NO= approve (pass the ordinance)
YES = disapprove (do not pass the ordinance)

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING MAY 31
The Roxbury Selectboard has set the date for the vote: Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
Polls will open at 10am and close at 7pm, at the Roxbury Town Office.
Voting will be by Australian Ballot.

Absentee ballots are available for the May 31st reconsideration vote on Article 20 from Town Meeting. If you would like an absentee ballot, please contact the Town Clerk at 802-485-7840.
All voters who requested an absentee ballot for the 2023 Town Meeting were mailed a ballot on May 3rd. Last day to request an absentee ballot is May 30th.
