All Northfielders are encouraged to attend the third and final Northfield: Our Common Future meeting, being held at the Northfield Middle/High School Tuesday, May 16th from 6:30-9pm. Please come even if you haven't attended the two previous meetings.

During this meeting, each task force will meet as a group and begin making a plan for action. Task Forces are: Develop a Community Center; Downtown Development & Housing; Norwich/Northfield Partnership; and Improve Accessibility, Walkability, and Pedestrian Safety. The Vermont Council on Rural Development will bring back a team of regional, state, and federal leaders to Northfield's task forces with resources for technical assistance, funding, and more.
You can still sign up for task forces (https://sites.google.com/vtrural.org/northfield-future/join-a-task-force), or just join the group of your choosing on Tuesday night. Invite neighbors, community members, and friends that you think might be interested in these topic areas - remember that everyone is welcome, even if they haven't attended previous meetings.
