3. Joseph Laster – 17-22-62.100: Final plat review for an 8-unit 9-lot subdivision located on the east side of Mechanicsville Road, north of Hawk Lane in the Residential 1 Zoning District.
4. Jessica Guillemette & William Jurgen – 04-01-18.100: Conditional use review for integrated agriculture that includes event hosting in a barn, located at 8472 VT Route 116 in the Agricultural Zoning District. Continued from April 18th DRB meeting.
5. Decision Deliberation:
• Paul Stanilonis/Stanilonis Family Trust – 14-20-06.100: Final plat review for a 2-lot subdivision to create a new 3-acre buildable lot located on the west side of Pond Road, north of Pine Shore Drive, in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning district.
