Tomorrow is Operation Mayday!! Vermont's statewide firefighter recruitment effort. This program highlights many opportunities to serve either as a volunteer, paid-on-call or a career firefighter in the Vermont Fire Service. Townshend Volunteer Fire Department, as well as many other volunteer fire departments are looking to welcome new members into their departments.
