This Friday, May 12th, The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program has its penultimate class (love to use that word when I can!) They have been meeting weekly since February, and have one more class next week to finish the series. All folks are welcome to this low impact class whether you have come regularly or not. Folks with arthritis do better when they exercise! Exercise keeps the muscles strong and flexible, and it actually increases your energy. Want to feel better? Contact Anne Greshin at (802) 241-4840 or agreshin@cvcoa.org or just show up to class at 10:30 in the SAL Room of the library this Friday or next.
And following the arthritis class at noon, The Fiber Arts Friday Class and Mary Kasamatsu welcome all fiber crafters. This includes all you new Rug Hookers! So whether you knit, crochet, weave, needle felt or rug hook, please come, bring your projects and a snack or lunch and meet with other like-minded folk. From noon-2 PM.
