The E. Montpelier and Calais Historical Societies will meet on Monday, May 15, at 6 PM in the Old Brick Church in E. Montpelier Village.

We will have a potluck supper at 6. Please bring a dish to share, and your own place setting. Beverages will be provided.

The program will begin at 7. It will feature "Audrey's Tales", a talk by Jennifer Boyer. Jennifer has interviewed Audrey Lafirira extensively, gathering small and large memories of her long life in E. Montpelier and Calais. Audrey had an amazing memory and sense of humor. The Gray, Daniels, Burnham, Page, and Lafirira families were part of many interesting pieces of local history. Perhaps you have your own story, related to knowing Audrey, to share as well.
