Are you dividing perennials? Did you inevitably start too many tomatoes? Has the mint taken over another bed? Or are your house plants creating an unwanted jungle atmosphere?
Well, you can never have too many plants, but consider donating any extras to the Cutler Memorial Library's Annual Plant Sale on Friday, May 26th, from Noon to 4 PM and Saturday, May 27th, from 9 to 2 PM.
As the director of the Cutler, I'll tote them to the library in Plainfield if you drop off your plants on the porch of 3151 Main St (two doors down from the post office). Or you can stop at the Cutler Library yourself at 151 High Street (Rte 2) in Plainfield the next time you are running errands or whatnot.
And don't forget to stop at the plant sale on Memorial Day Weekend! You never know what garden gem that you've been coveting will be at the sale!
