The UVM Field Naturalist Program invites you to a Landscape, Inventory, and Assessment field walk and presentation on Silver Lake Woods in Georgia, VT, on Wednesday, May 10. Throughout the semester, our class worked as a consulting team to understand the ecological value, history, and landscape context of Silver Lake Woods.

We'll host a field walk at Silver Lake Woods from 3:00–5:00 p.m. This is an opportunity to showcase the parcel's unique and special characteristics. Limited parking is available here, at the corner of Silver Lake and Blake Roads, and we encourage folks to carpool.

A presentation will follow at the Georgia Town Library from 7:00–8:30 p.m., where we'll discuss the parcel in further detail.
