Hello Colchester Republicans,

Governor Scott has vetoed the Affordable Heat Act presented to him by the VT. House and Senate. This Act, if the veto is overridden, could easily raise (by a minimum) 70 cents/gal on all home heating oil and your gas at the pump, creating an incredible burden on middle income Vermonters. Vermonters cannot afford this radical agenda at this time.

Please join us at the next meeting of the Colchester Republican on Thursday May 18th in the Community Road @ the Colchester Police Department on Blakely Road to discuss what we can do next. We can make our voice heard.
