The Planning Commission has been working to update our Zoning Bylaws to reduce barriers to developing a broader range of options for housing in Stowe. The first step of this process has been working with a grant funded consultant to review our state designated growth centers -- the Village and the Lower Village. Monday night, May 15th at 5:30 at Akeley, there will be a presentation to the community of the first round of proposed changes and we would love community input! Zoning may not be glamorous, but it is Stowe's tool for land use planning and the more voices and minds we have giving input, the better our results will be.
