I have been hoe-ing out my house in preparation for a lawn sale. If the weather cooperates it will be next Saturday. I'll have a pair of Tubbs snowshoes, some small furniture, a new battery operated drill/driver, lots of miscellaneous knick-knacks, a few clothes, but not many, a new bug zapper, decorative pieces, a bird cage, a cat carrier...

But here's the fun part: There will be a large section of "You name the price". Life jackets, many many many nails/screws etc., electrical bits and pieces, a couple of door knobs, various kitchen items, deck railings (oops, no, those are free), plant pots, a plastic swimming pool, and on and on. You tell me what you think it's worth to you and I'll agree!
