A lot is happening in Groton on the broadband connectivity front. NEK Broadband expects to build 32.45 miles of fiber network in town this summer that would serve up to 163 premises by fall. In addition, there is a grant opportunity under consideration that could accelerate getting broadband to much of the remaining unserved parts of town.
