Dear Neighbors,
On Monday, May 8, the City Council's Ordinance Committee will continue its review of the proposal to rezone an area of the South End as the South End Innovation District. The proposal allows for the development of new land uses, including housing, in an area currently zoned for limited commercial and light manufacturing businesses.

The May 8 meeting is the Ordinance Committee's second meeting on this proposal. The meeting will start at 5:30pm, and you are invited to attend either in-person in the DPW conference room at 645 Pine Street, or online at: https://zoom.us/j/98467758145.
There will be a public comment period at the meeting. Written comments may also be submitted to jdempsey@burlingtonvt.gov.
